Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Customers may return their order within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:
• Be unworn, except for trying the item on.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, damage, odours or other signs of wear.
• Be returned in their original condition.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact Designer Casuals before sending your order back.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return your item by post or return it in person at our store in Huissen.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after Designer Casuals has received the returned product.

6. Exchanges

Items can be exchanged.

To ensure product availability, exchanges are processed only after the original returned item has been received and approved by Designer Casuals.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these situations, Designer Casuals will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

8. In-Store Returns

Orders may also be returned at our store in Huissen during opening hours.

Please contact us in advance so we can prepare your return.

9. Authenticity Verification

To protect both our customers and our business, all returned items are inspected upon arrival. Designer Casuals reserves the right to refuse a return if an item has been altered, damaged or exchanged for a different product.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law:
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been worn, damaged or altered by the customer.
• Items returned without their original tags.
